How It Works

From file to finished part.

You'll know what it costs and when you'll have it before we start.

  1. Upload Your Design

Send us an STL, OBJ, STEP, or 3MF file through the quote form below. Not sure if your file will work? Send it anyway, we'll take a look.

  2. Review & Quote

We open your file, work out the print settings, the material, and the timing, then send you a quote.

  3. We Print & Deliver

Once you approve the quote, we print, inspect, and ship it to you. Local pickup works too if you're nearby.

Capabilities

What we print.

Hold the part before you tool up.
  • Custom tools & components
    Jigs, fixtures, one-off solutions.
  • Hobby & maker projects
    Models, mounts, accessories, props.
  • Small-batch production
Repeatable parts in tens or hundreds.
  • Adaptive & assistive equipment

Materials

The right material for the job.

What you're making and where it's going to live tells us which material to use. Here's what we work in most:

Everyday

PLA

Our default for prototypes, display pieces, and parts that don't have to fight gravity or weather. Prints cleanly, holds detail well.

Easy detail Indoor use Plant-based
Workhorse

PETG & composites

What we reach for most often these days. Tougher than PLA and a lot more forgiving. The carbon-fiber and glass-fiber blends are what we use when something needs to be stiff and light at the same time.

Tough CF / GF options Moisture-resistant
Outdoors & heat

ASA

For parts that live in the sun, the car, or out in the weather. We usually pick ASA over ABS for outdoor work because it holds its color and finish a lot longer.

UV-stable Heat-tolerant High strength

Need something else? Just ask.

How we work

Two things you should know about us.

We don't take rush work.

Every part is a little different and we figure out what each one needs. Orientation, supports, cooling, post-processing. We take the time it takes. 3D printing also leaves marks: faint layer lines, seams, sometimes a small spot where a support sat. We'll tell you what to expect before you commit to a job.

We'll tell you if something looks off.

If we open your file and see a problem (a wall too thin to hold up, the wrong material for what you need, a feature that won't print clean) you hear about it before we start. We'd rather have the conversation than send a part you're not happy with.

About Warner3D

A small workshop, big on craft.

Warner3D is a family-run 3D printing business focused on making custom manufacturing simple and accessible. What started as a passion for the craft grew into a small workshop dedicated to helping people turn their ideas into real, physical parts.

From prototypes to replacement components to adaptive equipment, we approach every project with attention to detail and pride in the work we produce. Where large online printing platforms run on volume, we personally review every project that comes through our shop, which means clear communication, realistic turnaround times, and a final product we stand behind.

Our goal is simple. Reliable, high-quality 3D printing with a straightforward process and honest service.

Why Warner3D

  • Family-run business
  • Direct communication with the printer operator
  • Clear pricing and turnaround times
  • Careful inspection of every part

We treat every print like it matters, because it does.

FAQ

Things people ask us a lot.

What file types do you accept?
STL, OBJ, STEP, and 3MF are the everyday formats. If you have something else (F3D, IGES, even a sketch on a napkin) send it over and we will figure it out together.
How do I get a quote?
Use the quote form below or email info@warnerventuresllc.com with a few notes about quantity, material, and timeline. We review every request personally and send back a clear quote.
What if my file is not print-ready?
No worries. We offer basic file repair and optimization so your part holds up in real life. If we spot something likely to cause it to fail, we will tell you before any plastic gets extruded.
How fast can I get my part?
We do not do rush work, because rushed prints are how problems happen. Most standard prints ship within about a week, sometimes faster, depending on the part, the material, and our current queue. We will give you a realistic timeline with your quote.
Can you help me choose a material?
Absolutely. Tell us how the part will live: sun, heat, load, flex, indoor, outdoor, food-adjacent, and we will recommend the right polymer (PLA, PETG family, ASA, foaming TPU, carbon-fiber blends, and others).
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, depending on location. Mention it in your quote request and we will set up a pickup time.
Will my part have surface blemishes?
3D printing is a layered process and most parts will carry small surface marks of one kind or another: seam lines, faint layer banding, subtle texture variation in supported areas. We dial in orientation and finishing to minimize these where it counts. If a project needs a specific cosmetic finish, tell us upfront and we will plan for it.
Can you keep my design confidential?
Yes. Your files stay between you and Warner3D. We are glad to sign an NDA on request for sensitive projects.
