PLA
Our default for prototypes, display pieces, and parts that don't have to fight gravity or weather. Prints cleanly, holds detail well.
Upload your design, get a quick quote, and receive high-quality prints from a family-run 3D printing shop.
You'll know what it costs and when you'll have it before we start.
Send us an STL, OBJ, STEP, or 3MF file through the quote form below. Not sure if your file will work? Send it anyway, we'll take a look.
We open your file, work out the print settings, the material, and the timing, then send you a quote.
Once you approve the quote, we print, inspect, and ship it to you. Local pickup works too if you're nearby.
From one-off parts to small production runs:
What you're making and where it's going to live tells us which material to use. Here's what we work in most:

What we reach for most often these days. Tougher than PLA and a lot more forgiving. The carbon-fiber and glass-fiber blends are what we use when something needs to be stiff and light at the same time.
For parts that live in the sun, the car, or out in the weather. We usually pick ASA over ABS for outdoor work because it holds its color and finish a lot longer.
The one we're most excited about right now. Light, soft, cushioned. You really have to hold it to get what's going on. Ideal for grips, pads, seat cushions, footwear, and other parts where comfort matters as much as geometry.
Need something else? Just ask.
Designed by MakeGood, a pro bono initiative we've been part of. Two builds delivered so far, with a third in the works.
A custom promotional container we made as the centerpiece of an Outback Steakhouse gift box.
A moon-textured display dome, printed in one piece. One of our favorites.
Every part is a little different and we figure out what each one needs. Orientation, supports, cooling, post-processing. We take the time it takes. 3D printing also leaves marks: faint layer lines, seams, sometimes a small spot where a support sat. We'll tell you what to expect before you commit to a job.
If we open your file and see a problem (a wall too thin to hold up, the wrong material for what you need, a feature that won't print clean) you hear about it before we start. We'd rather have the conversation than send a part you're not happy with.
Warner3D is a family-run 3D printing business focused on making custom manufacturing simple and accessible. What started as a passion for the craft grew into a small workshop dedicated to helping people turn their ideas into real, physical parts.
From prototypes to replacement components to adaptive equipment, we approach every project with attention to detail and pride in the work we produce. Where large online printing platforms run on volume, we personally review every project that comes through our shop, which means clear communication, realistic turnaround times, and a final product we stand behind.
We treat every print like it matters, because it does.
Send it over and we will get back to you.
